Why Extenvita exists
There has never been more advice about living well for longer, and it has never been harder to know where to start. One podcast says fast until noon, the next says never skip breakfast. One expert swears by cold plunges, another by a cupboard of supplements. For most people over 40, with jobs, families and limited time, the result isn’t better health. It’s overwhelm, or a burst of effort that fades by the third week.
We think the answer is not more information. It’s knowing which one thing to work on now, and making that thing small enough to actually do. Longevity, without the noise. That’s what Extenvita is for.
Where we are
Extenvita is built in Vilnius, Lithuania. The assessment is in testing with a small group of people, and we’re opening early access gradually.

- Honest beats impressive. We only publish numbers we can source, and we explain how our score works on our methodology page.
- Your health is yours. Extenvita is a wellness tool, not a doctor. When an answer suggests you should talk to a professional, we say so plainly, and that guidance is always free.
