Privacy notice

Draft. This page is written in plain language and is awaiting legal review.

This notice explains how Extenvita handles personal data on this website. We’ve written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email support@extenvita.com.

Who we are

Extenvita is operated by Extenvita MB (company code [TODO]), Vilnius, Lithuania. We are the data controller for the data described here. Contact: support@extenvita.com.

What we collect today

The site currently collects personal data in one place: the early-access form.

  • Your email address.
  • A record of your consent: the date and time you agreed, and which version of the wording you agreed to.
  • Your optional choice to also receive articles and tips.
  • The page you signed up from (for example, the home page), so we know which pages are useful.

We don’t ask for your name, and we don’t record your IP address with your sign-up.

We use your email only to tell you about Extenvita’s early access, and, if you ticked the second box, to send occasional articles and tips. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or writing to us, and we’ll delete your address.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If we measure visits, we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or identify you individually. [TODO: confirm once Cloudflare Web Analytics is switched on]

Who processes data for us

The website and the early-access list are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. [TODO: list the email service once chosen] We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If early access opens and you don’t create an account, we’ll delete your email [TODO: agree a period, e.g. 12 months] after launch.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent. Email support@extenvita.com and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) or to the data protection authority where you live.

If you live in the United States

You have the rights above wherever you live. Some US states give you specific rights over personal and health-related data. We will honor them, and you can exercise them by emailing us.

Health information

The early-access form does not ask about your health. When the assessment launches, it will ask about habits such as sleep and activity. Before it does, we’ll update this notice to explain exactly what is collected, ask for your explicit consent, and let you use the free result without saving anything.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll tell people on the early-access list by email.
