How it works

Extenvita takes you from a confusing pile of advice to one small action, in three steps. The first two are free.

  1. Step 1 · Free

    Take the assessment

A short set of plain questions about the five areas: sleep, strength and function, movement and cardio, nutrition, and stress and recovery. You also tell us what matters most to you and how much time you realistically have.

Nothing is saved unless you choose to save it.

  2. Step 2 · Free

    See your snapshot

Your Extenvita Score, your strongest habit, your first focus, and one action you can take today. No email required to see it.

    Example

    Your Extenvita snapshot

    Score: 62 out of 100

    Good foundation

    Strongest habit
    Movement & cardio
    Your priorities
    1. Sleep
    2. Strength & function

The Extenvita Score is a snapshot of how your current habits align with the healthspan behaviors Extenvita assesses. It is not a medical test, a risk prediction or a measure of biological age.

  3. Step 3 · $29, one-time, at launch

    Follow Extenvita 30

A personal 30-day plan built around your top priorities. Small, realistic actions go straight into your calendar at times that suit you. Each week, a short check-in adjusts what comes next. On day 30, you reassess and see what changed.

You'll also see all five area scores, up to three priorities, and the things you can safely leave alone for now.

    Keep going with the membership

After each reassessment, the membership builds your next 30-day plan from where you are now, with weekly check-ins and your progress over time. It's optional. Extenvita 30 works on its own.

What Extenvita deliberately doesn't do

  • Diagnose or treat any condition.
  • Estimate your biological age or how long you'll live.
  • Sell supplements or push products.
  • Bury you in data. You see what helps you act, and nothing more.
  • Make cancelling hard.

Questions

Is Extenvita medical advice?

No. Extenvita is a wellness tool that looks at everyday habits. It doesn't diagnose conditions, predict lifespan or replace your doctor. If an answer suggests you should talk to a professional, we tell you, and that guidance is always free.

Do I need a fitness tracker or any equipment?

No. The assessment uses plain questions about your routines, and the plan is built from actions that need little or no equipment.

How much time does the plan take?

You tell us how much time you realistically have, and the actions are sized to fit it. Most are between 5 and 30 minutes.

How do the actions get into my calendar?

Your plan comes as a calendar file that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. The actions appear at the times you choose.

Can I cancel the membership?

Yes, in one click, from your account or from any email we send. No calls and no forms. We email you before every renewal.

Who is it for?

Adults, mostly over 40, who want to look after their health without following every new trend. If you're noticing changes in sleep, energy, strength or recovery and don't know where to start, it's for you.
